مصطلحات هامة في التعليم الإلكتروني

1) تقنيات التعليم  : إن كلمة تكنولوجي(technology) كلمة يونانية الأصل تعني بمفهومها الحديث علم تطبيق المعرفة في الأغراض التعليمية بطريقة منظمة وعند تقسيم الكلمة  نجد أن الجزء الأول منها يعني المهارة الفنية والجزء الثاني يعني الدراسة أو التدريس وبالتالي تكون بمجملها المهارة الفنية في لتدريس. إن وسائل تكنولوجيا التعليم أشمل من ذلك بكثير فهي قد تكون من الطباشير والسبورة حتى معامل اللغات والأجهزة التعليمية والتلفزيون والآلات التعليمية والحاسبات الإلكترونية والأقمار الصناعية، والإنترنت.وبالتالي فإن استخدام الطريقة الحديثة في التعليم بناءً على أسس مدروسة وأبحاث ثبت صحتها بالتجارب هو ما يسمى بتقنية التعليم ( تكنولوجيا التعليم )، ويتضح لنا من ذلك أن تقنية التعليم لا تعني مجرد استخدام الوسائل والأجهزة والآلات الحديثة ولكنها تعني في المقام الأول طريقة التفكير لوضع منظومة تعليمية.   إن مفهوم تقنيات التعليم يحمل في طيا ته ثلاثة معان : نظام ، ونتائج ، ومزيج من النتائج والنظام ، والوسائل التعليمية جزء من تقنيات التعليم على الرغم من أن هناك من يستخدم المفهومين وكأنهما مترادفان ، فيخلط بين تقنيات التعليم (التي هي طريقة نظامية تسير وفق المعارف الإنسانية المنظمة ، وتستخدم جميع الإمكانات المتاحة، المادية وغير المادية ، بأسلوب فعال لإنجاز العمل المرغوب فيه ، بدرجة عالية من الإتقان أو الكفاية) والوسائل التعليمية (التي تعني كل شيء يستخدم في العملية التعليمية بهدف مساعدة المتعلمين على بلوغ الأهداف  بدرجة عالية الإتقان)2) توظيف التقنيات : ويقصد به استخدام إمكانيات التقنية الحديثة لخدمة التعليم  العام وكمساعد  في العملية التعليمية لتدريس المواد المختلفة سواء كانت نظرية أو عملية من خلال استخدام  التقنية الحديثة  أو من خلال الممارسة والتمرين والمحاكاة وبما يحقق أهداف هذه المواد بشكل عام

    مقال رائع ومصطلحات مهمه، لكن بالنسبة لمصطلح توظيف التقنيات أتوقع أننا لو استبدلناها بمصطلح دمج التقنيات لأعطى ذلك مفهوما أوضح وأجمل وأشمل في نفس الوقت وهذه وجهة نظر تحتمل الصحة وتحتمل الخطأ.
